The insoleX booster is a technology intensive compositional device. It’s creation made possible using two-layer carbon nanotubes manufactured by CarbonAge ©.
The development of unique components of composite materials has been carried out by members of our company since 1984.
As a result an innovative material was created so it became possible to make a booster that fulfilled all the necessary mechanical and reliability requirements and characteristics.
Our company, Innovative Technologies, was founded in 2017.
InsoleX boosters consist of five main zones:
This Zone increases the repulsion power. The extra energy accumulated by the booster is released at the beginning of the step. The specified elasticity of certain booster’s zones allows you to increase the bend radius of the foot toe, that reduces the load on the plantar aponeurosis and on the posterior fascial line in general.
This Zone provide a dynamic support to the transverse foot arch. The area which is responsible for preventing the occurrence of transverse platypodia. Support is provided when it is needed - at the time of foot flexion. The more the foot bends, the stronger the support is.
The zone of the main foot rolling includes: the zone of uniform distribution of load on the transverse and longitudinal arches and the zone of increased stability in statics and the prevention of torsion twisting.
This is the zone of additional amortization of the calcaneus under active loads. A special-shaped cut out allows you to control pronation and supination.
In this zone the booster begins to bend and create a rolling motion.
Using boosters you get the effect of physiological rolling motion from the calcaneus on the outside of the foot (1 section), through the fifth metatarsal (section 2) to the first metatarsal bone (section 3) - even on the foot, prone to pronation (obstruction of the foot inward).
The rolling motion is shown on the diagram, marked with purple stripes. Unlike red strips which is used to show (shoes without boosters). On the diagram without boosters, this phenomenon is not observed. It should be noted that test subject has an asymmetric legs position. (see. Figure “Without Booster”). When test subject used boosters, the steps became more symmetrical.
The contact area of the point of support, when booster is used, increases by 12%, that provides greater fixity and stability in motion as well as under static loads. The diagram clearly shows an increasing area of point of the support contact.
Boosters support the foot arch dynamically, every time it is necessary. The booster provides prevention of transverse platypodia at every step, due to its special design and unique shape. You can see the green zones on diagram which show the corrected state of the transverse foot arch in shoes with a booster. At the same time, the test subject has signs of transverse platypodia (see Without Boosters).
